Why we built Exprs

Robert and Francisco met as internal recruiters, embedded inside the companies we were building teams for. Between us, we've spent over 20 years managing recruitment operations at Meta, Amazon, Gymshark, Nestlé, and dozens of high-growth startups. We've hired across every discipline, at every level, and we've done it at scale.

The Problem

Here's what we learned: Most companies under 100 employees don't need a full-time recruiter (unless you're in hyper growth). The volume isn't high enough, growth is bumpy, but the founding team gets sidetracked growing the team when they should be growing the business.

Agencies work well for rare, highly specialized searches, but for most small businesses, hiring a specialist is a one-off. You end up managing multiple agency relationships, juggling different processes, dealing with inconsistent quality, and facing unpredictable cost spikes on every critical hire.

So we built something better.

Our solution

We turned our internal recruitment operations experience into a system: workflows, outreach, pipeline management, and candidate evaluation, delivered as a fixed monthly fee with no placement commissions.
